Thankyou for pointing it out but ive had a quick look at how to change the time settings but couldnt work out how to change it , Im a bit useless when it comes to computers and it took me all my time trying to setup the forum and i dont really want to spend half a day trying to work out how to change the time from BST to GMT . I will change it thought if I happen to stumble across how to change it but for now I will live with it.
